A clear framework, agreed up front
Minimum order
Panels from one pallet, inverters and batteries from five units, mounting from five sets. Container orders qualify for direct factory pricing.
Tiered pricing
Unit price falls as quantity rises. We work to three standard tiers: pallet, retailer and container.
Payment terms
Deposit on order and balance before loading. Letters of credit and staged payment are negotiable for container orders.
Lead time
Stocked items in 2–5 working days; factory orders 35–55 days from proforma approval to delivery at your warehouse.

Placing the order at origin
Price negotiation with the factory, technical specification sign-off and issue of the origin proforma.

Pre-shipment inspection
Quality control, serial-number verification and packing checks before the container is loaded.

Freight and documentation
Bill of lading, certificate of origin and insurance — sea freight from Shanghai and Ningbo or overland via Türkiye.

Customs clearance
Declaration and clearance at Bandar Abbas, Bushehr or the Bazargan and Doghatoun border crossings, with complete documentation.

Warehousing and distribution
Unloaded at our Mashhad warehouse, stock-checked and forwarded to your destination via contracted carriers.

Goods ship in untouched original factory packaging on the original pallet. Loading, strapping and transit insurance are on us.

Wholesale & import
Do you sell to end users?
No. Solar Aftab sells wholesale only, with a defined minimum order for each product group. If you are an end user, we will refer you to your nearest contracted retailer.
Why aren't prices published on the site?
Wholesale pricing depends on order quantity, the day's exchange rate and shipping terms, and changes daily. Publishing a fixed price would be misleading; instead we issue an official proforma within one working day. The reference prices on product pages are for initial estimation only.
What is the minimum order to start working together?
One pallet of panels (31–36 units), five inverters or batteries, or five mounting sets. Retailers new to the category can combine several product groups to reach the minimum.
Do you offer credit terms?
Staged payment terms are negotiable for contracted retailers with a trading history. A first order is always settled in full before loading.
Can you supply if I handle the import myself?
Yes. We supply on FOB, CIF, CFR and EXW terms from Shanghai, Ningbo and Jebel Ali, leaving clearance under your control. Pre-shipment inspection is also available as a standalone service.
How does the warranty pass to the end customer?
The factory warranty and the serial number of each unit are handed over with the goods, and registration in the end customer's name runs through our dealer portal. Warranty claims and defective-unit replacement stay our responsibility.
